I. Technical Specification

Mechanism: Asynchronous Peer-to-Peer Validation Governance in the CU is an automated function of the Veracity Ledger. Veracity Score (VS) is a dynamic function of Consistency, Contribution, and Verification.

Liquid Participation: A voting system modeled after Delegative Democracy. Nodes may assign their voting weight to specialized “Subject Nodes” (Doyens) in real-time.

II. The Wetware Version
